JOIN US FOR THE VITALITY WALK

On Sunday, June 1st, 2014 the Parkinson Association of the Rockies will host the 12th Annual Vitality Walk!

Join us at Wash Park in Denver, at Sandstone Ranch in Longmont or Choose to Snooze. Two sites, 2,000 steps and one unforgettable experience!

Our goal is to draw more than 1,500 walkers to promote community awareness about Parkinsonís disease and raise over $100,000 to support the programs and services provided by the Parkinson Association. Participants will enjoy music, food and discover new products and services at the Resource Fair.

Walk the walk that connects communities and enhances lives. Walk the Parkinson Association Vitality Walk.

Walk the Vitality Walk to enhance lives with every step.

Inspired Incentive
ē 170 individuals are diagnosed with Parkinsonís disease daily in the US
ē 17,000 Coloradans are living with Parkinsonís

To help you set and reach your fundraising goals we are inviting you to be part of our fundraising incentive program. Every individual who raises $170.00 or more will receive a long sleeved shirt to proudly display the care they have for Coloradoans living with Parkinsonís.

Form a Team:
All ages are welcome and we encourage you to join others in the challenge to create the largest team. Show your spirit with creative names, shirts, buttons and hats. The team that shows the most team spirit will be recognized!

Support a Team:
Contributions can be made in honor of one individual or the entire team. All contributions are tax-deductible; and every donation, in any amount, creates opportunities for individuals with Parkinsonís to live enriched lives!

Choose to Snooze:
Not a morning person? Will you be out of town? Have to work? For those of you who prefer to snooze rather than lace up your walking shoes, we invite you to Choose to Snooze and Make it Count! Register as an individual Snooze participant or create a team and consider hosting a pajama party to raise funds for the Parkinson Association.

Aim high to help us reach our goals of 1,500 walkers and over $100,000 to benefit the Parkinson Association! Promote your team and your participation. Advertise your fundraising goals. Demonstrate your creativity.
